About modification and amendments in the Law "About Consumer Protection"

Article 1. "About consumer protection" to state the second paragraph of article 2 of the Law of June 26, 2001 to No. ZR-197 in the following edition:
"The relations connected with consumer protection in the field of consumer crediting, housing mortgage lending are regulated, respectively, by the laws of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting" and "About housing mortgage lending", except for article 11.1 of this Law which extends also to consumer crediting and housing mortgage lending.".
Article 2. In article 10.1 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word "on the website and (or) in the digital application" "on electronic platform";

Article 3. Add the law with Article 11.1 of the following content:
