For the purpose of realization of the assigned obligations of authorized state body in the field of intellectual property, support and development of business activity, simplification of procedures of provision of the state services, according to the Actions plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2026 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 25, 2021 No. 352, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 5, 2021 No. 111 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the State agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Items 7, of the 8th word "subordinated organizations" in different cases shall be replaced with words "territorial subdivision, the subordinated organizations" in the corresponding cases;
- to add Item 19 after the word "Kyrgyzpatenta" with the words "and its territorial subdivision";
- in Item 20:
in paragraphs the second, ninth, seventeenth shall be replaced with words the words "and subordinated organizations", "and its subordinated organizations" ", territorial subdivision and the subordinated organizations";
