Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138 "About approval of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2011, No. 37, Art. 5255; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4487; 2017, No. 9, Art. 1360; 2018, No. 25, Art. 3695; 2020, No. 6, Art. 680; No. 50, Art. 8199).
2. Recognize invalid Items 6, of 10, 13 and 14 changes which are made to Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 3, 2020 No. 74 "About modification of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 6, the Art. 680).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
