About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve enclosed:
changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation;
changes which are made to Rules of maintaining the information resource containing the information about children with serious zhizneugrozhayushchy and chronic illness, including rare (orphan) diseases including information on purchase for such children of the medicines and medical products including which are not registered in the Russian Federation, technical means of rehabilitation, and the data on results of treatment of such children approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2021 No. 555 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the information resource containing the information about children with serious zhizneugrozhayushchy and chronic illness, including rare (orphan) diseases, including information on purchase for such children of the medicines and medical products including which are not registered in the Russian Federation, technical means of rehabilitation and data on results of treatment of such children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 16, the Art. 2776) and which become effective since May 15, 2023.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation till March 15, 2023 completion of the information resource containing the information about children with serious zhizneugrozhayushchy and chronic illness, including rare (orphan) diseases including information on purchase for such children of the medicines and medical products including which are not registered in the Russian Federation of technical means of rehabilitation, and data on results of treatment of such children (further - information resource), and also the protocol of interaction of information resource with the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)".
