"3.1. The local sports federation has the right to send to the all-Russian sports federation by the corresponding type or sports of the offer on obtaining in the public company "Single Regulator of Gamblings" of information on prisoners by athletes, sports judges, trainers, heads of teams, other participants of official sports competitions, sports agents in bookmaker offices and totalizators of bet on official sports competitions in the types or sports developed by this local sports federation for the purpose of prevention of illegal influence on results of official sports competitions (manipulation official sports competitions) and fight against it.";
2) in Article 16:
a) add part 1 with Item 12.10 of the following content:
