Article 1

Item 9 of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9) the insurer - the insurance organization which is the member of merging of the insurers, having experience of implementation of insurance in the field of agricultural industry at least five years, the size of own means (capital) at least three billion rubles as of March 31 of the year preceding the current year, and conforming to other requirements to financial stability, solvency which have the right to establish the Government of the Russian Federation;";
