About introduction of amendments to article 17.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Approved by the Federation Council on June 7, 2023

Bring in article 17.1 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089) following changes:

1) in the name of the word of "member of the Federation Council" shall be replaced with words "senator of the Russian Federation";

2) in paragraph one of part of 1 word of "member of the Federation Council" shall be replaced with words "senator of the Russian Federation";

Part in paragraph one 2 words to "member of the Federation Council" shall be replaced with words 3) to "senator of the Russian Federation".
