Determination of scientific, cultural, other especially valuable value of zoological collection and possibility of its reference to the zoological collections which are subject to the state accounting, and also possibility of inclusion of live zoological collections of zoos, zoos, circuses, zootheatres, dolphinariums, oceanariums in the register of zoological collections is performed by expert group on zoological collections.
The structure and procedure for activities of expert group on zoological collections affirm the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of federal state environmental control (supervision).
