About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

in paragraph four of the subitem 1-2 of figure "100" to replace with figures "120";

in subitem 4 the word and figures "and 30" to replace with figures ", 30, 40, 41";

Item 12-15 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"25) on the account of the resident client which is opened by it only for the purposes of accomplishment of condition of the credit agreement / loan agreement signed between this resident as the borrower and IFI on preserving on such account of certain amount of means in foreign currency. The amount of means in foreign currency and the term of their preserving on this account are determined according to contractual arrangements between IFI and the resident borrower by the specified credit agreement / loan agreement and/or other agreement signed by resident in connection with attraction of financial resources from IFI under this credit agreement / loan agreement.";
