About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Rescue Service"

Article 1. "About the Rescue service" (further – the Law) to state heading of Chapter 5 of the Law of July 8, 2005 to No. ZR-171 in the following edition:

"Passing of rescue service in the Rescue service, assessment of sense of duty, retraining (qualification) and certification of employees.".

Article 2. To state part 12 of article 32 of the Law in the following edition:

"12. Between the citizen (employee) arriving on rescue service, and the Authorized body signs the agreement on revenues to rescue service of 3-12 months or 1-5 years which signs:

1) for the employees holding positions of the highest and main groups – the head of Authorized body;

2) for the employees holding positions of the senior, average and younger groups – the director of Rescue service.".

Article 3. Add the law with Article 34.1 of the following content:

"Article 34.1. Certification of deputy directors and employees of Rescue service

1. Certification of deputy directors of the Rescue service, the serving highest, main, senior, average and younger groups of the Rescue service (except for the employees holding positions of rescue service in educational institution of Authorized body) is carried out for the purpose of check of compliance of the borrowing position and calculation of the allowance or check of compliance of post and continuation of calculation of the allowance.

2. At the request of the employee of the certification provided by part of 1 this Article its retraining can precede. The employee before certification has the right to undergo retraining once. Retraining for the purpose of certification is carried out only for the first certification.
