"8-1. In case of death (death) of the military personnel (the citizens called on military charges) which came in case of execution of obligations of military service by them (on military charges), or impossibility of further passing of military service, recognition of disability as a result of receipt of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion), diseases in connection with execution of obligations of military service by them (on military charges), and also approaches of death within one year from the date of dismissal from military service (the end of military charges) as a result of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion), the diseases got by them in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (on military charges), compensation of damage (harm) is performed based on result of the functional audit check which is carried out by the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and other ministries and departments in which the law provides military service, and the conclusions of the military-medical commission.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
