About modification of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of cases of veterans of Ukraine

Make change to Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of cases of veterans of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2018 No. 1175 "Some questions of the Ministry of cases of veterans" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 4, Art. 154; 2020, No. 34, the Art. 1132), having added it with the subitem 5 of the following content:
"5) to provide self-representation Minveteranov in courts through the minister, his deputies, the state secretary, and also without personal errand through the government employees of independent structural division of the device Minveteranov performing functions of legal service determined by the minister according to the Regulations on such structural division approved by the Minister.".
