1. Bring in rules of work of the banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 7 to add 1) with words "(dalee-Polozheniye about licensing of banks)";

2) Governed after Item 7 to add with new Item 7-1 of the following content:
