About modification and amendments in the Law "About Standardization"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of February 8, 2012 No. ZR-21 "About standardization" (further – the Law):
The word "accepted" to replace 1) in Item 7.1 with the word "approved";
To add 2) with Items 9.1 and 9.2 of the following content:
"9. 1) the fundamental national standard – the national standard accepted and enacted by National authority on standardization to which the general provisions concerning works on standardization and also types of national standards are established;
9. 2) the national standard of other state – the standard accepted by national authority on standardization or the organization of other state and available to the public;";
Item 10 to state 3) in the following edition:
"10) specifications – type of the standard of the organization which establishes technical requirements to certain products, work (process), service;";
4) in Item 13 the word of "state" shall be replaced with words "the Governments of the Republic of Armenia";
5) from Item 17 the offer "The annual program of standardization includes also annual state program and affirms council on standardization." to exclude;
To add 6) with Item 18 of the following content:
"18) technical council on standardization – the council constituted from specialists in the field of standardization and created by the order of the director of National authority of standardization.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word of "services and processes" "service and process";
Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2) stimulation of improvement of quality and product competitiveness, process, service, including Armenian products;";
Item 5 after the word of "obstacles" to add 3) with the words "decrease or".
