Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 837 "About implementation by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos on behalf of the Russian Federation of the rights of the owner of property concerning the state unitary enterprises, functions of the founder and the rights of the owner of property concerning federal state institutions, and also the rights of the owner concerning other property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 24, the Art. 3801).
2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos for the corresponding financial year.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
