About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bodies of Homeland Security"

Article 1. 8, of the part Item "in" 11, of Items 17 and 31 of part of 1 Article 15, parts 5 of Article 20 and the Item "in" parts 3 of article 23 of the Law of December 28, 2001 No. ZR-294 "About bodies of homeland security" (further – the Law) the words "and office" to exclude 2 Articles from part of 1 Article.
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Law:
Item 5.5 after the word "activities" to add 1) with words "which procedure affirms the order of the Government";
Item 39 after the word of "bodies" to add 2) with the word", the organizations", and after the word Views - the words "according to the procedure, established by the order of the Government".
Article 3. In heading of article 21 of the Law to replace the word "protection" with the word "safety".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
