1. Bring in the normative resolution of Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget of March 11, 2020 No. 3-HK "About approval of the Technique of determination of state bodies which reporting information is subject to recheck on the basis of risk management system" (the following change is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20128):
Technique of determination of state bodies which reporting information is subject to recheck on the basis of risk management system, approved by the normative resolution to state in edition according to appendix to the presents joint to the normative resolution and the order.
2. To provide to department of planning and development of the Highest auditor chamber in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of the presents of the joint normative resolution and order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of the presents of the joint normative resolution and order on Internet resource of the Highest auditor chamber.
3. To assign control of execution of the presents of the joint normative resolution and the order to the supervising member of the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on strategic planning and reforms.
