I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2006 No. 198 "About the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

enter into the structure of the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

Lukina Andrey Ivanovich	-	the chairman of Committee on the constitutional legislation, judicial system and law enforcement agencies of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval),

To Imashev Snezhanna Valeryevna	-	the chairman of Committee on the legislation and judicial and legal reform of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval);

remove from structure of said commission: Volkova V. V., Kozhakhmetov A. T.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
