About the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve:
1) Regulations on the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1;
2) structure of the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2.
2. To local executive bodies to perform financing of expenses on arrangement of persons who were granted political asylum in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of means of the local budgets provided on resettlement actions.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 1996 No. 3039 "About formation of the Commission on questions of nationality";
2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 1996, No. 3057 "About procedure for provision of political asylum to foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 35, the Art. 326);
3) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 1996 No. 3120 "About approval of Rules of consideration of the questions connected with nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 38, the Art. 355);
4) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 1997 No. 3349 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 1996 No. 3039 "About formation of the Commission on questions of nationality";
