About modification and amendments in the Law "About Physical Culture and Sport"

Article 1. "About physical culture and sport" (further – the Law) to state the second paragraph of article 4 of the Law of June 26, 2001 to No. ZR-196 in the following edition:
"State policy in the field of physical culture and sport is performed according to annual programs which affirm authorized body of public administration in the field of physical culture and sport after approval of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for this year.".
Article 2. In the Item "g" of article 7 of the Law:
The subitem "6" after the words "at the junior Olympic Games on chess" to add 1) with the words "in the world war games of the International council of military sport, the military World Cups, the world games of faces with disability tied with military service and the World Cups of faces with disability tied with military service";
To add 2) with the subitem "17" the following content:
"17) about the sports benefit issued on preparation for the Olympic Games to athletes, the head (senior) coaches of national teams, the second and personal trainers, doctors and massage therapists and procedure for its issue;".
Article 3.
1. The sublegislative regulatory legal act following from Item 1 of article 2 of this Law is applied within four months after entry into force of this Law.
2. The sizes of the sports benefit issued on preparation for the Olympic Games to athletes, the head (senior) coaches of national teams, the second and personal trainers, to doctors and massage therapists and the procedure for its issue establishes the Government within three months after entry into force of this Law.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
