1. The subitem "m" of item 4 of the Regulations on licensing of the television broadcasting and broadcasting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2020 No. 1529 "About licensing of television broadcasting and broadcasting" (Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 40, Art. 6261), to state in the following edition:
"l) in case of distribution by the licensee of the materials made and (or) spread by the foreign agent - distribution of such materials with indication of on the fact that they are made and widespread the foreign agent.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.
