In "Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by rail", approved the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 20, 2000 No. 207 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 11, Art. 828; 2002, No. 11, Art. 675; 2003, Art. No. 6 342, 2006 No. 9 of the Art. 822, 2009 No. 8 of the Art. 675, No. 9 of the Art. 736, 2016 No. 9 of the Art. 1585, 2017 No. 9 of Art. 1742; 2018, No. 4, Art. 802, No. 11, Art. 2448; 2019, 9, the Art. 1558) subsection 1.1.6 to add No. with the second offer of the following content:
"Presentation of the claim to the freight forwarder in connection with transport-forwarding services is performed according to Article 861.2 of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
