Item 1 of Article 3 to add 1) with subitems 2.3 and 2.4 of the following content:
"2. 3) persons accepting according to decisions of public authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic participation in fighting as a part of Armed Forces of the Donetsk People's Republic, National militia of the Luhansk People's Republic, military forming and bodies of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since May 11, 2014;
2. 4) persons which signed the contract (the having other legal relationship) with the organizations promoting accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since February 24, 2022 and also in the territories of the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region since September 30, 2022;";
