About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State and Official Secret"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 23, 2022
Article 1. No. ZR-94 "About the state and official secret" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of December 3, 1996 with the words "vneshnerazvedyvatelny".
Article 2. In article 9 of the Law:
1) part 4 after the word "Prospecting" to add with the words "vneshnerazvedyvatelny";
2) part 4 Items "and" and "b" after the words "prospecting" to add with the words "vneshnerazvedyvatelny".
Article 3. To add article 16 of the Law with new part of the following content:
"The data which are the state secret about persons giving (given) confidential support of foreign intelligence to Service and other bodies performing vneshnerazvedyvatelny activities are not subject to declassification even in case of the expiration of maximum permissible storage duration of the data which are the state secret.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
