About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bodies of Homeland Security"

Article 1. "About bodies of homeland security" (further – the Law) to state part 3 of article 8 of the Law of December 28, 2001 to No. ZR-294 in the following edition:

"Materials of archive of authorized body are declassified or destroyed according to the procedure, established by the law or other legal acts.".

Article 2. To state part 5 of article 11 of the Law in the following edition:

"The counterintelligence activities limiting confidentiality of digital, including telephone communication, correspondence and other non-numerical communication of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, and also the right to immunity of housing are performed in the procedure established by the law.".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Law:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) are the authorized body coordinating implementation of works on ensuring information security, exercise the state control in the procedure established by the law;";

To add 2) with Items 5.1-5.6 of the following content:

"5. 1) within the competence perform ensuring information security (including cyber security) the official sites, electronic platforms and other information systems and information infrastructures of state bodies;

5. 2) is coordinated by works on response to computer incidents of information systems and information infrastructures of state bodies;
