About modification of the Law "About Safety of Foodstuff"

Article 1. "About safety of foodstuff" to state Item 27 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of June 21, 2014 to No. ZR-135 in the following edition:
"27) genetically modified (received by means of genetic engineering, transgene) organisms – the organism or several organisms, any noncellular, one-celled or multicellular education capable to reproduce or transfer heritable genetic material which differ from the natural organisms received using methods of genetic engineering and contain material of genetic engineering, including genes, their parts or combination of genes;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
