About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of rendering consular services
For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning consular activities, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the means levied for rendering consular services" of December 18, 2012 No. 839 the following changes:
1) in the Regulations on the means levied for rendering consular services, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. The following citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are exempted from payment of means for rendering consular services for 50 percent by provision of the relevant supporting documents:
1) persons is more senior than 60 years;
2) persons with limited opportunities of health having disability of the I group;
3) orphan children, graduates of residential care facilities and children without parental support.";
- declare Item 19-1 invalid;
2) in rates of the means levied for rendering the consular services approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Consular actions can be made out of consular establishment:
- at the initiative of the applicant, at the same time rates of the means levied for rendering consular services increase by 100 percent. The applicant also pays the expenses connected with departure to the place of making of consular actions;
- at the initiative of foreign institution of the Kyrgyz Republic with departure to places of compact accommodation of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, at the same time rates of the means levied for rendering consular services increase by 200 percent.".
