About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Part 5 of article 6 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further – the Law) after the word "occupying" to add with the words "Services of Foreign Intelligence".
Article 2. In article 8 of the Law:
1) part 3 after the word of "occupying" to add with words of "foreign intelligence";
2) part 5 after the word of "occupying" to add with the words "Services of Foreign Intelligence".
Article 3. In heading of Chapter 4 of the Law of the word "and Anti-corruption committee" shall be replaced with words ", Anti-corruption committee and Service of foreign intelligence".
Article 4. In article 16 of the Law:
1) heading after the word of "occupying" to add with words of "foreign intelligence";
To add 2) with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. Coefficients of calculation of official rates of employees of Service of foreign intelligence are established by Appendix 1 to this Law.";
3) part 5 after the word of "police" to add with words of "foreign intelligence".
Article 5. In Appendix 1 to the Law:
"The head of Service of the state control 12.00" to add 1) after the paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Chief of Service of foreign intelligence 12.00";
"The deputy manager of Service of the state control 8.50" to add 2) after the paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Deputy chief of Service of foreign intelligence 8.50";
To add 3) after the Section "Anti-corruption Committee" with the new Section of the following content:

Article 6. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. Part 1 of article 26 of the Law extends to persons holding the state positions and positions of public service in Service of foreign intelligence and (or) direct members of their families since January 1, 2024.
