According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2006 N 1577, for the purpose of decision making unormirovaniye concerning legalization of associations of citizens and other public forming I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for preparation and execution of decisions concerning legalization of associations of citizens and other public forming which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for preparation of the legal conclusions on statutory documents of political parties, associations of citizens and other public forming approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 05.09.2001 of N51/5.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister L. M. Gorbunova.
