About change of the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 209/2015

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 209/2015 on approval of the Methodological management on development, approval and change of the budget (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 370-376, 2728) to make the following changes:
1.1. At the heart of adoption of the order the text "and according to subitems 2) and 4) Item 6 of the Order of the Government No. 1265 of November 14, 2008 about regulation of activities of the Ministry of Finance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 208-209, 1278)" to replace with the text "and also according to the subitem 1) of Item 7 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance approved by the Order of the Government No. 696 of August 30, 2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, the Art. 801)";
1.2. Chapter "4.4. Budget tax policy":
- add Item 124 with letter е) the following content:
"e) valuation report of tax and customs privileges";
- part "4.4.1." To add the politician in the field of the income with Item 128-1 of the following content:
"128-1. Valuation report of tax and customs privileges
