About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2010 No. 1520

Based on paragraph two of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 "About Chamber of Commerce and Industry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 208-Z

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of products (works, services) of own production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2010 No. 1520, the following changes:

to state part one of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision determines general procedure for issue of certificates of products (works, services) of own production.";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Issue of the certificate is performed after carrying out BELTPP of examination on products compliance (works, services) of the applicant to the conditions and criteria shown to products (works, services) of own production (further - examination) which results are drawn up in the form of the appraisal certificate. Conducting examination and issue of the certificate are performed based on the service provision agreement signed between BELTPP and the applicant.";

to exclude Items 5-8 and part one of Item 9;

"administrative" to exclude the word from Item 10 part one;

in Item 11:

state part one in the following edition:

"11. Effective period of the certificate cannot exceed one year, except for the case specified in part two of this Item.";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"For products which engineering procedure of production did not change for the last three years that is confirmed by the data containing in earlier issued appraisal certificates effective period of the certificate of self-produced products cannot exceed two years.";
