About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909

Based on part three of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About single state system of registration and accounting of offenses" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 94-Z

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909, the following changes:

add Item 26 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the place of detection of offense is fixed if the place of its making is not established or it is made with use of information and communication technologies.";

to state paragraph two of Item 27 in the following edition:

"date of detection of offense if year of its making is not established;";

in Item 28 part two:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Identification number" – is filled in in case of its availability;";

add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"Surname", "Own name", "Middle name (if that is available)" of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living outside the Republic of Belarus – are filled with use of letters of the Latin alphabet if in the documents specified in part one of this Item there is no their specifying in Russian or Belarusian.";

the second Item 36 to add part with the words "when implementing of business activity by it";

in paragraph three of Item 56 of figure "13-20" to replace with figures "13, 15–20";

the fourth Item 62 to state part in the following edition:
