I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 79 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to tourist operator activities and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10484) the following change:
the qualification requirements imposed to tourist operator activities and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within three working days after its enforcement placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within three working days after execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
