I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 322 "About approval of the List of positions of heads and specialists of services of aviation safety of the organizations of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also qualification requirements to such positions" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11440) the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to subitem 41-55) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" I ORDER:";
be reworded as follows Item 1:
"1. Approve:
1) the list of positions of heads and specialists of services of aviation safety of the organizations of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) qualification requirements to positions of heads and specialists of services of aviation safety of the organizations of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.";
appendices 1 and 2 to the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1 and 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
