About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Enforcement of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of November 30, 1994 No. 52-FZ "About enforcement of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, of the Art. 3302) of change, having added with its Articles 23 and 24 of the following content:
"Article 23
1. Provisions of part one of article 42 of the Code are applied to the citizens participating in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region or during the armed provocation on Frontier of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to areas of holding special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic including as persons passing military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons which were on military service (service) in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation in the military forming and bodies specified in Item 6 of article 1 of the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 to No. 61-FZ "About defense", persons which signed the contract on voluntary assistance in accomplishment of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and also to the persons which signed the contract (having other legal relationship) with the organization promoting accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to the serving (employees) of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation who were in the specified territories, to persons performing office and other similar functions in the specified territories to the citizens living or temporarily being on specified the territories taking into account the features provided by this Article.
