Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2021 No. KR DSM-103 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Provision of Medicines, Specialized Medical Products, Products of Medical Appointment to Separate Categories of Citizens" (further – Rules) (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 24765) the following changes:
in the Rules of rendering the state service "Provision of Medicines, Specialized Medical Products, Products of Medical Appointment to Separate Categories of Citizens" approved by appendix to the specified order:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service including characteristics of process, form and result of rendering and also data taking into account features of provision of the state service is provided in the list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Provision of Medicines, Specialized Medical Products, Products of Medical Appointment to Separate Categories of Citizens" according to appendix 1 to these rules (further – the List).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within three working days from approval date or change in these rules, staticizes them and sends to health care subjects, to the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government" and Single contact center.";
