"Article 9.1. Monthly money payment
1. To heroes or complete gentlemen of award of Glory monthly money payment in case of observance of conditions, the stipulated in Article 1.1 presents of the Law is established.
The citizens of the Russian Federation who are repeatedly awarded ranks of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation and the complete gentlemen of award of Glory awarded ranks of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation have the right to one monthly money payment.
Monthly money payment is established and performed irrespective of provision to the Hero or the complete gentleman of award of Glory of monthly money payments according to other laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
