About entering of amendments into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further – the Law) after words" (including to the chairman of Court of cassation and the President of Chamber of Court of cassation)" to add the subitem "an" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 12, 2013 with words ", to the chairman and the member of the Supreme judicial council".
Article 2." (Including to the chairman of Court of cassation and the President of Chamber of Court of cassation)" to add part 5 of article 6 of the Law after words with words ", to the chairman and the member of the Supreme judicial council".
Article 3." (Including to the chairman of Court of cassation and the President of Chamber of Court of cassation)" to add part 5 of article 8 of the Law after words with words ", to the chairman and the member of the Supreme judicial council".
Article 4. In article 12.1 of the Law:
Heading after the word "allowances" to add 1) with the words "and additives";
To add 2) with part 3 following of content:
"3. The chairman and the member of the Supreme judicial council according to the procedure, established by this Law, is given additive in the amount of 50 percent of official rate. In case of the introduction of the judge in position of the chairman or member of the Supreme judicial council from the additive calculated for the period continuances in office of the chairman or the member of the Supreme judicial council by this part or parts 5-7 of article 13 of this Law only the highest is paid.".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
