About modification and amendments in the Law "About Bodies of System of Public Administration"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 5 of the Law of March 23, 2018 "About bodies of system of public administration" (further – the Law) the words "and state control" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-260 ", the state control and foreign intelligence".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 5 of the Law with item 4 of the following content:
"4) Service of foreign intelligence.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
