2. This resolution becomes effective since March 15, 2023, except for paragraphs of the nineteenth and twentieth subitem "b" of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution, which are becoming effective since May 1, 2023 and the paragraph of the thirty sixth subitem "an" of the Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution, which is becoming effective since January 1, 2024.
