About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acts of civil status"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acts of civil status" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 7, 2020 No. 62) the following changes:

1) regarding the 2nd Article 7:

a) add Item 1 with subitems "e" and "zh" of the following content:

"e) certificate of the refugee;

g) the certificate of birth in case of registration of change of surname, name and middle name for the persons which reached sixteen-year age, and also did not reach age of majority;";

b) add Item 2 with the subitem "zh" of the following content:

"g) certificate of the refugee.";

2) in paragraph one of part 1 of Article 10 the word "is allowed" to be replaced with the word "is made";

3) in Article 13:

a) to state Item 2 of part 1 in the following edition:

"2) identity documents of parents of the child (one of parents), the certificate on marriage (identity documents of mother, in case of lack of scrap), or identity documents of the close relative, employee of territorial subdivision of authorized body on protection of children;";

b) state parts 4 and 5 in the following edition:

"4. The application for registration of the birth of the child is submitted by parents or one of them, and in case, the death of parents or impossibility for other reasons to submit the application - according to the statement of close relatives.
