1) in Article 8:
a) regarding 7.2 words "the citizens applying for substitution of positions of the chief financial representative, head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative and persons replacing these positions" shall be replaced with words "the citizen applying for substitution of position of the chief financial representative and person replacing this position";
b) part 7.3 after the word of "services" to add with words "the head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative,";
2) in Article 11:
a) regarding 2 words "according to the procedure, determined by the employer's representative (employer) according to regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "the representative of the employer (employer), other authorized person determined by this Federal Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulations of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulations of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, the state corporations, public companies, Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, other organizations created by the Russian Federation based on the Federal Laws";
