About modification and amendments in the Law "About Troops of Police"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 16, 2022
Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of November 17, 1997 No. ZR-163 "About troops of police" (further – the Law) the words "the organization which is under supervision at Police" shall be replaced with words "structural division of Police".
Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:
Item of 1 part 1 after the word to "providing" to add 1) with words ", including to the prevention, prevention and suppression of offenses";
Item 3 parts 1 after the word to "providing" to add 2) with words ", to holding quarantine actions during epidemics".
Article 3. To add article 6 of the Law with part 2 following of content:

Article 7. To add item 4 of part 1 of article 14 of the Law after the word "provisions" with words ", and also quarantine".
Article 8. To add part 1 of article 15 of the Law with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) in the cases established by the legislation to constitute protocols on administrative offenses, to perform production on cases on administrative offenses, and also to make administrative detention;".
