About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Items c) - e) priority of III Article 17, parts (6) and (7) article 23 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on conditions and procedure for provision of advance subsidies for startapovsky projects from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 507/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 176-180, 558), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Chapter III in the name of submeasure No. 1 of the word "and fruit" with the text", fruit, aromatic, spicy and herbs";

The subitem 4) of Item 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4) quality of the acquired seeds, seedling or landing material is confirmed with quality certificates and/or certificates of biological value.";

3) in Item 12 the text "the grades brought in the Catalogue of plant varieties of the Republic of Moldova with the domestic or import landing material acquired according to Item provisions c) of part (article 11 of the Law No. 68 of April 5, 2013 on seeds" to replace 4) with the text "the landing material coming from the authorized nurseries or imported of the grades answering to special selection criteria according to subitems c) and-1) from Item 1) parts (1) article 25 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone";

4) in Item 15:

a) 1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) the act of creation of long-term plantings and the acceptance act of long-term plantings in the first year of vegetation - for grape plantings.";
