About modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item "Research institute of field cultures of "Selectia", all" figures of "1634,57" to replace with figures of "1629,57";

in line item of "the village Korleten of the area Ryshkan" to replace figures of "720,57" with figures of "715,57";

in line item "In total" to replace figures of "21844,7508" with figures of "21839,7508".

Art. II. - In departure from provisions of Article 83 of the Land code No. 828/1991 and article 12 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997, according to changes, stipulated in Article the I this law to resolve withdrawal from agricultural turnover for the state and social needs of the site of especially valuable farmlands with estimative point of natural fertility over 60 of the 5 hectares, being part parcel of land with cadastral number 7121304.050, of the village Korleten of the area Ryshkan located behind line, for the purpose of construction on this parcel of land of Regional hospital of Belts. The losses caused by conclusion of the specified parcel of land from category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated.
