About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy" of June 20, 2022 No. 326

For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy" of June 20, 2022 No. 326 the following changes:

according to the procedure of provision of the guarantee to subjects of national economy, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 5 of item 4 of the word "the subitem 2 presents of Item is not applied" shall be replaced with words "subitems 2, 4 presents of Item are not applied";

- add with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. Joint or subsidiary liability of Fund can be provided by the guarantee. At the same time for the purpose of risk minimization the Fund has the right to act as the pawnbroker of the first or second priority concerning property of the subject.";

- the paragraph one of Item 10 after the words "according to the credit agreement and the bank guarantee" to add with the words "to the conclusion of the guarantee agreement";

- add with Item 10-1 of the following content:
