Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2016, No. 7, the Art. 878) the following changes:

b) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. Do not treat hazardous production facilities:
1) objects of electric grid economy;
2) the networks of gas distribution and network of gas consumption of low and average pressure of natural gas or the liquefied hydrocarbon gas intended for gas supply of residential buildings, and also buildings and constructions of non-productive nature.";
c) in part 4 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "Cabinet of Ministers";
3) in Article 6 the word "Government" shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers";
Item 1 of article 7 after the word "preservation" to add 4) with the word", recultivation";
5) in Article 8:
