About entering of amendments into the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. No. ZR-137 "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (further – the Law) after the words "for deposition" to add the Item "g" of part 16 of article 1.2 of the Law of June 24, 1997 with words ", and also for assistance to implementation of tax and budget policy and debt management policy of the Government (including risk managements of refinancing of debt of the Government)".
Article 2. To add article 15 of the Law with parts 14-16 of the following content:
"14. For assistance to implementation of tax and budget policy and debt management policy of the Government (including risk managements of refinancing of debt of the Government) on the single treasurer account addressed to the state authorized body the sub-account of means of stabilization opens (further – the account of stabilization).
15. The target average level of means of the account of stabilization which is calculated as average daily balance of the working days of this year shall be within the range from one to two percent the gross domestic product provided for this year by the budget message of the Government of the Republic of Armenia for this year.
16. The procedure for replenishment and use of means of the account of stabilization establishes the Government on the basis of this Law. Are established by procedure for replenishment and use of means of the account of stabilization:
a) purposes of the account of stabilization;
b) procedure for replenishment and use of the account of stabilization;
c) procedure for management of the account of stabilization;
d) acceptable deviations from the lower and upper thresholds of the target range of means of the account of stabilization.".
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
