About modification of Item 6 of the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine

Bring in Item 6 of the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 6, 2021 No. 1068 "some questions of the organization of activities of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 83, the Art. 5322), the following changes:
in subitem 6 "information and telecommunication" to replace the word with the word of "information and communication";
in subitem 7 to replace the word "information and telecommunication" with the word "information and communication";
in subitem 12 of the word "telecommunication and information and telecommunication" shall be replaced with words "communication and information and communication";
add Item with subitem 35-1 of the following content:
"35-1) performs preparation and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on application, cancellation and modification of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for consideration of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" and takes part in realization and monitoring of efficiency of the state sanctions policy on issues, being within its competence;".
