About entering of amendments into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 178 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004:
The sixth paragraph of part 3 after the word "provided" to add 1) with the words "or established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. Payment procedure to employees of the budgetary institutions which are not considered as state body or local government body, and the size of the allowance established by the sixth paragraph of part 3 of this Article for work in mountain settlements establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia. In sense of this part the settlements located at the height of 2000 and more meters above sea level which list establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia belong to mountain settlements.".
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The corresponding sublegal legal act connected with adoption of this Law is accepted within three months after entry into force of this Law.
